Ultimate intimate escape—we include everything you need! With up to 10 guests plus the Nearlyweds, your celebration can take place at private property, national park, or rental property. Our in-house team of seven amazing vendors takes care of nearly everything, so you can simply relax and enjoy being the honored couple on your special day.

Start-to-End Wedding Services
You are in good hands! Our planners take care of it all—finding any and all venues, managing your vendors, crafting a flawless timeline, and running the show on the big day. We’ll make sure everything flows like clockwork. Sit back, relax, and let us make it all happen—no stress, all magic.
Cake
We work with the amazing local baker Cakes to bring you a 6-inch cutting cake—choose from 5 cake flavors, 2 buttercreams, and smooth or ruched textures. Plus, we top it off with complimentary florals that match your arrangement. Simple, sweet, and stunning!
Set up and tear downThe most overlooked, but most important part. Our team will set up and break down your ceremony and reception—so no one in your party has to break a sweat, except for maybe some killer dance moves.
Florals
We’re working with local florist to bring your color palette and floral vision to life! This package includes a stunning bouquet and boutonniere, plus a custom floral design deck for you to review. We’ll make sure everything looks exactly how you want before we get started!
Design and styling
Don’t stress the details—we’ve got preset styles that’ll make your wedding day fire. But if you’re all about that unique vibe, we will work with you to create a look that’s as one-of-a-kind as your love.
Furniture & Decor
Everything you could possibly need, for a nano wedding—from chairs and tables, plates, linens, and crisp napkins. We’ve got it all covered.

Plus, we’ll send you a custom floral design deck to review—so you can be sure we’ve got every detail looking exactly how you imagined before we make it happen.

Tailored Sips is here to shake up the party in more than one way. Their expert team comes with their own aesthetic satellite bar, tailoring custom cocktails and/or mocktails for you and your guests to sip on. They also provide disposable cups, garnishes, ice, mixers, and napkins. All you need to bring is the alcohol.

Full-Day Wedding Coordination & Management
We start working with you 6-8 weeks before your wedding day to help you uncover any details you might have overlooked. We handle creating your timeline to managing vendors.
Onthe big day we’ll handle the schedule, logistics, and any last-minute hiccups, we’ve got everything covered so you can just enjoy the day!
Rehearsal Services
Organizing and leading the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles and understands the flow of the ceremony.

Nano: Most couples we work with have an overall budget of $3k – $5k.
Micro: Most couples we work with have an overall budget of $15k – $20k.
This amount flexes significantly depending on the venue, food and entertainment options you choose. We can help with vendor advice and recommendations to suit a wide range of budgets.

Nano: We accommodate for 10 guests unless you have upgraded to 14 and paid the additional fee.
Micro: Our max guests is 50 unless you have upgraded to 65 and paid the additional fee.
Day of Coordination: Any number of guest.

Nano: Will be different per client.
Micro: Our team requires a minimum of 10 hours at your chosen venue. This is to give us sufficient time to set up, manage, and tear down your wedding event.

Yes. You can upgrade including desserts and floral arrangements, for an additional fee. We will connect you with our florist and or baker for pricing.
You can remove items from the package, but it won’t affect the price package.

We do provide disposable plates, silverware, cups and napkins!
The other rentals are traditionally handled by either a catering company or a rental company. We can provide you with recommendations for either and will be responsible for coordinating with these companies to ensure everything is set up properly on the day of the event!
